How it works
Three steps, then forget about it.
Order
Tell us your dog's name, your phone number, and the color you want. We print the tag with a small chip sealed inside.
Set it up
Your tag comes with a card and a setup code. Tap the tag, enter the code, and fill in your dog's page. It takes a couple of minutes.
Clip it on
If your dog gets out, whoever finds them taps the tag or reads your number off the front, and reaches you right away.
What the finder sees
Everything they need to bring your dog back.
Tapping the back of the tag opens your dog's page in the phone's browser. You decide what goes on it.

Before you order
Does the person who finds my dog need an app?
No. Tapping the tag opens your dog's page in the phone's regular web browser.
What if their phone can't tap?
Your dog's name and your phone number are printed right on the front of the tag, so anyone can read it and call you.
What if I move or change my number?
Open your dog's page, enter your owner code, and update it. Changes show up right away and you keep the same tag. One note: the number printed on the front can't be changed, so a new number is a good reason for a new tag.
Who can see my address?
Nobody, unless you turn it on. Your address is hidden by default, and you can show or hide it any time.
How long can my dog's name be?
Up to about 8 letters fits best. Longer names are printed a little smaller so they still fit.
